Terms and Conditions
This page (together with documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website wwwi.cinderellastorbay.com (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. We may vary these terms from time to time in the following circumstances, changes to how we accept payment, changes in the relevant laws and regulatory requirements. Every time you order from us the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. 
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property right in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. 
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or the licencors.If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. 
Contract
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. After you have placed an order you will receive an email from us to acknowledge that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place by us sending you an email that confirms that the products have been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because the product is out of stock or no longer available we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible. 
Liability
Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or result of the use or our site, any webiste liked to it any material posted on it 
Right of return and refund
If you are the consumer, you have the legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This means that during a period of time if you change your mind, or for any reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. The cancellation right does not apply if you have made to measure or custom made products.
You may cancel a contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products,. to cancel a contract you must contact us in writing by sending an email to cinderellastorbay@gmail.com. Your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the email. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges paid for, We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. We refund to the same source which you used to pay.
If products have been delivered you must return all products to us within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation and they should be returned in the original packaging, (where possible), will all labels attached. If any of the label, including the Cinderella's Label, have been removed then the item will be returned back to you and a refund will not be processed. The products can be returned by a courier of your choice, we recommend using a recorded or  signed for service and that you retain proof or delivery as we cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit back to us. If exchanging we will post out the replacement product as soon as we receive the original product back to us. If returning for a full refund we will inspect the product and then process the refund. You will be liable for all charges relating to returning non faulty products back to us. 
For good purchased instore
We are sorry but we do not offer refunds for goods purchased instore as we do not offer a returns policy.
This does not effect your statutory rights.

Delivery
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. 

Prices and delivery charges
The prices for our products will be stated on our website, we take all reasonable care to ensure that all prices are correct at the time when all relevant information was entered on the system. However if we discover an error in the price of the products we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling the order, We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. The price of products do not include the delivery charges. Our delivery charges are quoted on the checkout page before submission of your order.. 

Payments
You can pay for your order with credit card, debit card or paypal.
Payment for your products and delivery charges are in advance.  
We use secure socket layer (SSL), technology for all transactions to ensure that your details are safe with us. All information provided is encrypted so it cannot be read by third parties. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Ddelta and Paypal.

In line with GDPR regulations Cinderella's Torbay is permitted to hold and store your personal data as you are a customer with us. For the reasons of legitimate interests these contact details are retained for marketing and  business transactions only. We do not and will not share your information with third party organisations.
We may store your name,  address, telephone number,  mobile number and email address on our website:
We do not store any banking details in any database.

To continue to transact with you based on services we have provided previously.
